What is the meet and greet?

Bring your pet to the Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel for a tour of the facility, temperament check and time to get to know each other.

What if my pet fails the temperament evaluation?

We ask that you bring your pet in for our staff to evaluate their social readiness and aggression. We will review the evaluation and discuss options with you.

What happens if my pet gets sick?

We will contact you and your veterinarian to receive instructions.

Are there any requirements?

Yes, your pet must have all immunizations current within 1 year and a vet clearance.

What about food?

We ask you to bring your own food. This helps with the transition and consistency in diet.

What are your office hours?

Monday-Sunday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Do dogs from separate families mix?

No, dogs from separate families are never put together.
