About Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel:

Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel was started and owned by Susan when they bought and built our home and the kennels on the property in the 90’s. Susan was an animal lover and advocate. Since we purchased the property in 2017, we have continued to provide the love and care to our guests as part of our ‘ohana. We have expanded by adding 4 different sized run areas. This has allowed the pets to have more time out of their kennels and more room to run around! We pride ourselves on quality care and will forever remain a small facility to ensure individual attention and the feeling of ‘Ohana.

We visited a few boarding facilities before I decided here. Our babies stayed here for 5 days and even though in the beginning they had to get used too it . They loved running in his huge enclosed yard. I called everyday to check on them and I also received pictures ( which eased me). I will definitely use this place and I trust my babies in his care !
